1. General Terms & Conditions

4. Intellectual Property: All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on Vérifix Connect are the property of Vérifix Connect or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without explicit written permission from Vérifix Connect.

5. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Vérifix Connect immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Feedback: Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you may provide regarding Vérifix Connect is entirely voluntary, and we will be free to use such feedback, comments, or suggestions as we see fit and without any obligation to you.

2. Expert Consultation Services (For Clients)

1. Service Scope: Vérifix Connect facilitates connections between clients and independent experts for the purpose of providing insights and consultations. We act as an intermediary to match your needs with suitable experts.

2. Expert Engagement: While Vérifix Connect vets experts thoroughly, the ultimate decision to engage with an expert rests solely with the client. Vérifix Connect is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or quality of advice or information provided by experts.

3. Payment Terms:

   • Clients agree to pay the agreed-upon fees for expert consultations as negotiated and confirmed by Vérifix Connect.

   • All payments are processed securely through Vérifix Connect's designated payment gateway.

   • Fees are typically based on hourly rates or project-based agreements, communicated transparently upfront.

   • Cancellation policies for scheduled consultations will be clearly communicated and adhered to.

4. Confidentiality: Clients agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared by experts during consultations.

5. No Direct Solicitation: Clients agree not to directly solicit or engage Vérifix Connect experts for services outside of the Vérifix Connect platform for a period of [e.g., 12 months] following their last interaction facilitated by Vérifix Connect. Violation of this clause may result in penalties or legal action.

3. Becoming a Vérifix Connect Expert

1. Application & Vetting: Individuals applying to become experts must complete our application process and agree to undergo a rigorous vetting process, which may include background checks, interviews, knowledge assessments, and credential verification. Vérifix Connect reserves the sole right to accept or reject any applicant.

2. Representations: Experts warrant that all information provided in their application and profile is accurate, truthful, and complete.

3. Independence: Experts acknowledge they are independent contractors, not employees of Vérifix Connect. They are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and compliance with all applicable laws.

4. Service Delivery: Experts agree to provide consultations and services professionally, ethically, and to the best of their ability, adhering to agreed-upon schedules and scope.

5. Confidentiality: Experts agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, project details, and any proprietary information accessed through Vérifix Connect.

6. Compensation: Experts will be compensated for services rendered as per the agreed-upon rates and payment schedule, typically after successful completion of the consultation and client payment. Vérifix Connect will clearly communicate its fee structure (e.g., commission or platform fee) to experts.

7. Non-Circumvention: Experts agree not to directly solicit or engage Vérifix Connect clients for services outside of the Vérifix Connect platform for a period of [e.g., 12 months] following their last interaction facilitated by Vérifix Connect. Violation of this clause may result in removal from the network and legal action.

4. Career Catalyst Program (For Candidates)

1. Program Scope: The Career Catalyst Program offers structured career development and job readiness support, including mentorship, portfolio building, interview preparation, and job application assistance.

2. Program Fees: Participants agree to pay the specified fees for their chosen Career Catalyst package (e.g., Launchpad Essentials, Ultimate Career Architect) as outlined on the program page. Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate program agreement.

3. Guaranteed Interviews (Ultimate Career Architect): For the Ultimate Career Architect package, Vérifix Connect commits to securing a minimum number of job interviews (e.g., 3 interviews) for the participant within the program duration, provided the participant actively engages in the program, completes all assignments, and adheres to all guidance provided. Failure to secure the guaranteed interviews will result in [e.g., extended support, partial refund, or other specific remedy].

4. Participant Responsibility: Participants are responsible for actively engaging in the program, completing assignments, attending sessions, and applying to jobs as guided. The success of the program heavily relies on the participant's commitment and effort.

5. No Job Guarantee: While the program aims to significantly enhance job prospects, Vérifix Connect does not guarantee job placement. Our commitment is to provide the tools, support, and connections to maximize your opportunities.

5. Talent Hub (For Candidates - Free Service)

1. Service Scope: The Free Talent Hub provides candidates with access to curated job application links and visibility to our network of hiring companies and HR professionals. No personalized support, mentorship, or interview preparation is included in this free service.

2. Profile Accuracy: Candidates are responsible for ensuring their profiles in the Talent Hub are accurate, up-to-date, and professional.

3. No Guarantee of Placement or Interviews: While being part of the Talent Hub increases visibility, Vérifix Connect does not guarantee job placement or interview opportunities through this free service.

4. Communication: Updates and job links will be sent primarily via email to the registered email address.

6. Blogs & Content

1. Content Use: All content on our blogs and website is for informational purposes only. It should not be considered professional advice.

2. Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, Vérifix Connect does not warrant the completeness or accuracy of any information on its blogs or website.

3. User Submissions: If users submit comments or content to our blogs, they grant Vérifix Connect a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and publish such content.

7. Data Privacy

1. Privacy Policy: Your use of Vérifix Connect is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you also consent to our Privacy Policy.

2. Data Security: Vérifix Connect implements reasonable security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security against all threats.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

1. "As Is" Basis: All services and content provided by Vérifix Connect are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

2. No Guarantees: Vérifix Connect makes no guarantees regarding the success of any consultation, career program, or job application.

3. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vérifix Connect, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (c) any content obtained from the services; and (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

4. Maximum Liability: In no event shall the aggregate liability of Vérifix Connect exceed the amount paid by you to Vérifix Connect for the services in the [e.g., six (6)] months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vérifix Connect, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms & Conditions or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
