Vérifix Connect is designed to support professionals, organizations, recruiters, employers, and experts through structured career acceleration programs, talent ecosystems, hiring support services, expert consultation networks, and Human + AI powered guidance frameworks.

Our services are intended to enhance visibility, improve access to opportunities, strengthen professional positioning, facilitate meaningful connections, and support informed decision-making across career, hiring, and growth-related objectives.

2. Career Programs

Professional Starter, Job Buddy, and Global Career Architect are structured support programs designed to help participants navigate career opportunities more strategically through guidance, profile enhancement, recruiter visibility support, networking assistance, opportunity identification, interview readiness, and execution-focused support.

Program outcomes may vary based on participant engagement, professional background, qualifications, market conditions, employer requirements, industry demand, competition levels, geographic preferences, and other external factors beyond the reasonable control of Vérifix Connect.

While our programs are designed to strengthen career positioning and opportunity access, final decisions regarding shortlisting, interviews, assessments, offers, compensation, relocation, sponsorship, and employment remain solely at the discretion of employers, recruiters, and hiring organizations.

3. Job Buddy & Managed Support Services

Where managed support services are offered, including application assistance, opportunity tracking, recruiter visibility support, execution guidance, and related activities, such services are delivered using structured methodologies, professional judgment, and internal processes designed to align with participant goals and market opportunities.

Vérifix Connect reserves the right to determine reasonable execution approaches, prioritization methodologies, opportunity alignment criteria, and support frameworks based on participant requirements and operational considerations.

4. Global Opportunities

Global Career Architect and related international support services are intended to assist participants exploring international opportunities, remote work environments, global hiring markets, and cross-border career pathways.

International hiring outcomes remain subject to employer requirements, immigration policies, visa regulations, local labor laws, geographic restrictions, sponsorship availability, market demand, and other external considerations beyond the control of Vérifix Connect.

5. Talent Hub & Talent Network

The Talent Hub and Talent Network are designed to facilitate visibility, networking, opportunity sharing, talent discovery, and professional engagement across the Vérifix Connect ecosystem.

Participation in these ecosystems may increase access to opportunities and professional connections; however, engagement levels, recruiter interactions, hiring outcomes, and candidate selection decisions remain subject to the independent evaluation processes of employers and hiring organizations.

6. Hiring & Recruitment Support

Vérifix Connect may assist organizations through talent sourcing, candidate referrals, workforce support, recruitment coordination, hiring ecosystem access, and related services.

Organizations remain solely responsible for conducting interviews, assessments, verification procedures, background checks, compliance reviews, and final hiring decisions.

Candidate suitability, long-term performance, retention outcomes, and employment-related decisions remain subject to factors outside the reasonable control of Vérifix Connect.

7. Expert Consultation Services

Expert Consultation services facilitate access to industry specialists, advisors, consultants, mentors, and experienced professionals across various domains.

Consultation sessions are intended to provide insights, perspectives, guidance, recommendations, and knowledge-sharing opportunities based on the expertise and professional experience of participating experts.

Clients remain responsible for evaluating recommendations and making independent business, operational, financial, strategic, professional, or personal decisions based on their own judgment and circumstances.

8. Participant Responsibilities

Participants, candidates, clients, employers, recruiters, and experts are expected to provide accurate information, maintain professional conduct, participate in good faith, and engage constructively throughout their interactions with the Vérifix Connect ecosystem.

The quality and effectiveness of services may be influenced by the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of information provided by participants.

9. Fees & Refunds

Program fees, consultation fees, hiring support fees, and related service charges are governed by the terms applicable to the selected service.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees become non-refundable once onboarding, assessments, profile reviews, consultations, strategic planning activities, execution support, or service delivery has commenced.

10. Service Evolution

As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, Vérifix Connect reserves the right to refine, enhance, update, modify, expand, suspend, or discontinue services, methodologies, frameworks, support processes, ecosystem features, and delivery mechanisms as reasonably required.

11. Limitation of Liability

Vérifix Connect provides services on a professional reasonable-efforts basis and seeks to support participants through structured guidance, ecosystem access, expert insights, visibility enhancement, and opportunity-focused support.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vérifix Connect shall not be responsible for decisions, actions, outcomes, losses, delays, or consequences arising from third-party employers, recruiters, candidates, experts, organizations, market conditions, regulatory requirements, economic factors, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with the use of Vérifix Connect services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
